All the people we met love to share their traditional nomadic culture, offering many activities (excursions, treks ...) but more important sharing the charm of local customs, sitting around a campfire, eating local cuisine and dancing under the stars. The Palm Grove is a paradise on the edge of the desert. An oasis of creativity and designed with love. In the rooms there is enough space - simple and clean. Tasty breakfast in a nice place outside in the sun. Very loving Atmosphere - very friendly. On the large Palmeraie grounds there is much to discover. Everything was perfect and all our wishes were met. It was a great time and we had a lot of fun. Brahim and Ahmed are two very loving men ♥ ♥ We will never forget that adventure with camels in the desert. A big *Thank You* - for the two!

The hosts, Brahim and Hussein, were incredible: friendly, helpful and organised. The facilities are simple - you are on the edge of the desert, after all - but we were always comfortable, well fed, and as cool as possible in July! They suggested we sleep outside since it was so hot, and this was one of the nicest things we did. There was always LOTS of tasty food for dinner and breakfast, we never did it justice. Was one of our favourite places to stay just because of the hospitality and time that the hosts gave to sit and chat with us. They also do tours and, if we had had time, we would have arranged to travel with them. Room tip: Sleep outside if that is offered! Desert stars are incredible

A small corner for everyone, with sufficient comfort, earthen bungalows, respectful of nature, meals served either at your door, or in cosy and friendly spaces and almost at any time ... We have the impression that everything is possible, and with a smile. The staff is really attentive to your needs, full of cultural activities, but also knows how to be discreet when you need calm or intimacy. A stay there leaves indelible traces, and the desire to return.

"An Oasis"
What a lovely place, the Palm Grove. I really enjoyed my time here. Brahim and the staff were amazing. They take good care of you. They are all good chefs in the kitchen, they play music and provide great trips into the desert. The rooms and tents are clean and cosy, and blend into nature. Very authentic, true nomadic experience. I will come back!

Awesome tour. Berber style camp and rooms. I was sleeping on a bed under the stars. Magic!!!. Extremely friendly
and very good food. Cooked by the guys! It was a bit outside season so I had the experience all to myself.

Not much has been said about M'hamid it seems. Not that I've found anyway. That's probably why I enjoyed my time there so much. A less dense populated area gives off really chill vibes - people talk about chefchaouen, but they've really missed the boat if they haven't been to M'hamid.
The guys here at the Palmeraie are authentic, friendly and happy to have you around. The meals are great, delicious and healthy. You can stay in a mud straw Hut for a night or two before you head off on your Sahara adventure. These guys organise your desert tour for you, solo or group, including overnight camping as well as 4x4 to the dunes of Chigaga. Come and hang out with the nomads for a few days - you might end up falling in love with the touareg tunes.

The Palm Grove is an exceptional place! If you seek a garden of Eden, calm, friendliness, simplicity, go for it! Sleep under the stars or rooms built in a traditional way. Ibrahim and his kindness are there to accompany you.
We eat well and we really live the lives of these people who, for many are old nomads. Of course, no pool or luxury cocktails, this is not the goal, but a serenity appreciated. With Hassan, you will really discover the Sahara and Chigaga.

Die Palmeraie ist ein ganz bezauberner und authentischer Ort am Rande der Wüste. Eine Oase der Ruhe. Außergewöhnlich nettes Personal. Das Highlight unserer Reise. Sehr empfehlen kann ich auch die Wüstentouren, die angeboten werden!

"Desert experience at its finest"
We booked a two-day trip to the desert, that was simply fascinating! The first night we went with Houssein and two dromedaries on foot in the desert (including desert sand storm in the evening) and the next day we went by jeep (4x4) to Erg Chigaga ... A highly recommended trip! We were super looked after, the food was also the finest.

"Great weekend in the desert"
We had a great time on this tour. The staff was super friendly and guided us through the desert like chiefs! The food was excellent. We travelled by camel during the first day, then by 4x4 to go further into the dunes. A lot of tea and a good times!

"Very very beautiful!"
The Palmeraie was a great experience for us, we are very happy to have found this place! The rooms are very nice: simple and natural, with the traditional construction. The Inn is a little outside M`Hamid, as it is in nature and quiet. The people are very nice, we had a great time together. Tagines and breakfast are excellent too. We'll come back next time. Important: From here, we can organize all our tours in the Sahara (camel or 4x4)

"A very charming place and an oasis of peace"
The Palm Grove is beautiful and very authentic accommodation on the edge of the desert. We especially liked the warm and open style there - we were welcomed with Moroccan tea. Also the food is delicious! If you are looking for a bit of peace or want to continue into the desert you have to spend a few days here. We decided to spend a night in the desert and would definitely make it a few days longer next time. We felt very well taken care of and lifted. An indescribably beautiful experience! On our two week trip through Morocco this was clearly the nicest place we would have liked to stay a little longer.

"This was a last-minute booking for myself, as a solo traveller, and I am so pleased to have had this experience: I highly recommend this 7-day trip. The five days that you get to spend in the desert allow you to truly see the different landscapes and follow the desert tempo. You are travelling a part of the ancient Timbuktu caravan route in much the same fashion as it was done all those centuries ago - how amazing is that!? If you are trekking during winter bring some warmer clothes for the evening and sleep directly under the stars, there is no feeling in the world like it!"

“We had a wonderful stay with the team at Sahara Dreams. I was travelling Morocco solo with my 9 year old daughter and we decided to include the Sahara in our trip. We both loved the experience. Alise wanted to stay in the dunes and sleep outdoors spotting for shooting stars! The people were so friendly and really looked after us, there is plenty to do - we didn't want to leave!
