Tour Taster:

The Great Sahara Camel Trek is the perfect immersion tour to experience the real Sahara. You will pass the stunning landscapes of the desert; kasbahs, palm groves, and dunes. The trek starts in M'Hamid, the last oasis before the start of the Sahara, through rolling dunes, stoney desert, mountains, and agricultural spots.

You will see gazelles, camels, and wild donkeys, pass nomadic shepherds and fertile landscapes. You will discover ancient desert sites, mausoleums, abandoned souks and former desert villages. You may even find old artefacts dropped by the ancient travellers. Camp is set up in sheltered dunes, where you will eat dinner round the campfire, under the stars. Breakfast and lunch will be enjoyed under shaded tamaris trees.
